How long does shipping take within Egypt?
We offer fast nationwide delivery. Orders within Cairo and Giza typically arrive in 2-3 business days, while other governorates take 3-5 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like innerwear cannot be returned.
Can I try on my order before paying?
Yes, we allow customers to check the size and quality while the courier is at the door. If it doesn't fit, you can return it immediately with the courier and only pay the shipping fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across Egypt, as well as secure online payments via credit/debit cards.
How do I know which size to choose?
Every product page features a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring a similar garment you own to ensure the perfect fit, as our sizing follows standard international measurements.
